Order Processing 

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days.
  • During holidays, sales, or periods of high demand, processing time may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times 

After your order has been processed, estimated shipping times are:

  • United States: 3-7 business days 
  • international: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. 

Order Tracking 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor you package's progress. 

Incorrect Shipping Information 

Please ensure your shipping address is accurated before placing your order.  Walking In Purpose. On Purpose. is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. 

Lost or Damaged Packages 

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
